POIManager can be used to create, update and check TomTom Navigator Points of Interest (POI) overlay files for use on the PocketPC. The TomTom Navigator overlay files used by POIManager can be in either binary (ov2) or text (asc), but any overlays that are to be used on the PocketPC should be output in ov2 format. Particular POI can be excluded from the output file when a master file is checked for duplicates.
